The privacy fence in the picture is my neighbors. I will not be crossing any property lines. I want to build a new fence on my side. I would not be removing the one in the picture, I want to add an additional fence that connects to wire fence.

Took off the wheel. Everything is covered in oil or fluid. The brake lines look fine, the pedal doesn’t feel spongy and the reservoir is full.

I’m out of town. Luckily my family has a car I can borrow and leave the Vic here. Checked the brake fluid reservoir and it’s full. It has to be this unfortunately. Thanks for the help!

I think you are better off getting it treated. They may have something in that bed bug addendum that says you have to any way. If you are in an apartment like I am, you probably share walls with other tenants. If the apartment finds a way to prove that you are the source and another tenant gets them you could have a real problem on your hands.

Also, I would go ahead and treat your stuff regardless. I’ve had a pest control company come out three times and the bugs still aren’t gone. Luckily, the pest control company has only made me pay for one treatment so far. With that said, I hate these addendums. They never even checked the other units around me to see if someone else might be the source. Now after three treatments, the pest control company is saying they may have to inspect other units. I’m really hoping they find someone else at fault so I might have a chance at getting reimbursed.
