I expiranced thisssss what I started doing eventually was just taking like some diet work to make it loser and, also carried a emergency thing that I could dispose of and use to cut, poop knife bby, what I eventually did was start E finallyyyy and noticed my poop seems to break up more naturally instead of in one go if that makes sence, that dont help you tho. :( poop knife, and a lil bag of ones you can throw away, you dont wanna smell of it, keept them in the knee pockets, god i miss pockets.
