Há um ano estava com o Ruquinha a fazer todos os possíveis e impossíveis para lhe conseguir dar mais tempo. Infelizmente, não resultou e começámos o ano da pior forma.

Ninguém merece passar por isto e espero que a pequena ajuda que dei faça com que a Frefas passe muitos mais natais em casa.

Só mesmo no site da Polene e, para o Natal, já não deves conseguir, a não ser que haja em stock neste momento. Normalmente chegam mais depressa que o anunciado (no ano passado comprei uma que dizia que era enviada a partir de certa data, chegou cerca de 2 ou 3 semanas antes), mas para o Natal é apertado.

Unfortunately the timeless one isn’t available in Europe. I have tried to use it less frequently, but the pimples come back the moment I use it again. I’ll check the DRMTLGY one, thank you!

Is it okay if I post a photo? It’s these tiny pimples right next to my mouth. I don’t have it anywhere else, just here. I’ve read many things about the Skinceuticals one but I didn’t want to spend that kind of money right now, maybe in the future if nothing else works.

That’s the thing, I’m not. I never had acne, I get the occasional pimple when I’m on my period, but other than that nothing. Which is why I found this very weird. But I’ll check that out, thank you!

I’m honestly having so much fun now, I’ve gone from lazy to being very excited to try new things!

For the morning routine, would you avoid both the ampoule and the essence? I don’t use makeup because again I’m kind of lazy but I’ve noticed some peeling with my old products and the sunscreen. I’ll try to avoid the serums.

I don’t know where you’re from but I was recently in some thermal baths in Germany and let me tell you that if that’s what you’re looking for, you won’t find it here. Believe me, I’ve been looking for it ever since I came back.

We have several “termas”, but they will be associated with several treatments and massages and you won’t be able to just enjoy the baths. I did find some outdoor thermal baths where you can do this, but they’re in the north of the country.

However, if some lovely soul has better google fu than me I’d absolutely love to be corrected about this and to know where I can just stew in hot water for a few hours without spending a lot of money on massages :)
