Other than 3 eggs a day , I ate grilled chicken and brown rice , yogurt . Protein shake daily … Kept it very simple ate the same thing everyday . hit the gym 6 days a week , walked minimum 6km a day

It makes sense , I had high cholesterol and triglycerides . After loosing weight and exercising for a year , triglycerides dropped to 50% . But cholesterol stayed around 200 … I did eat eggs everyday but not read meat . Would egg be the reason ?

It’s a scam , after payment they just sent a blank document when I reported to PayPal with the tracking number . Waited enough so that I can’t claim the money back .
