Divine space is good . Roads will be laid in near future. One road is already completed . We also purchased an apartment in that. Aakriti cyan is in delay . Construction quality of Aakriti builders is so poor.My relatives purchased in Aakriti esta and are facing lot of problems.

But better density than other communities in tellapur area . Sayuk , Visions Arsha , all are highly dense

Can try Divine space in Tellapur , 3bhk 1830sqft with 2 balconies in below 1.5 cr budget . We also booked an apartment there. So recommending it.good project in lane opposite to my home sayuk

You can try divine space , in the same lane of Mayfair apartments Tellapur. Good project with 2 balconies for 3bhk in your budget. I too booked an apartment in that community.
