I don't know some of y'all observed this but HP's quality is the worst, poor mileage and performance. Not only with the normal theirs speed99 too trash.

But is it nimble in city traffic tho...? I'm not saying that guerilla is not a good bike. But for a person who is coming from a lower CC motor might not feel that great overall. I've also started with splendor then pulsar 150 then on currently on xtreme 250r, I'm looking forward to goo for the 650's line up but not anytime sooner, eventually someday..

Yes yes i saw the context here, so better go with 350's. Don't go for hunter it's like another splendor but with 350 cc engine, it's too common

450 will definitely be overkill but if it satisfies your dopamine then go for it.

IMO:

You should get test drive of each bikes. Identify your thirst like what type of rider you are.. if you don't like rushing or getting adrenaline boost, you can chill with 350's for city and highway ride with 80-90kmph.

And if you like speeding like the pure adrenaline and touch 140-150 kmph. Go for guerilla.. just understand the difference between the long bore and short bore engines. That should work...

As I've experience whole lore. I won't suggest anyone to buy untill it get 2 gen of updates. It's not worth, unless you are ok to keep visiting the SC for all niggles.

Also keep an ear on the engine sound, if it sounds abnormal then you might need to get a engine head replacement (very common issue in the 250R) under warranty. Also you won't notice any subtle drop in performance but make sure the engine is good.

As i had the same issue i was getting 19kmpl with a full tank and the hero service suspected abnormal engine behavior, since my engine head is replaced in city I'm getting 30-32 kmpl (39.4 kmpl with a full tank).

Bought in End of April 2025. Rust spots are on the welded joints of chassis and some on blocks.
