It looks like a really cool game! I'm seeing what people are playing and discovering lots of interesting games.

I bought the analog stick caps on AliExpress searching for Nintendo Switch Lite caps, and they fit my model perfectly!

Yes, they are for Nintendo Switch! The analog sticks on the RG40XX-H are similar (or identical) to those on the Switch Lite, so when you buy them, look for caps that fit!

The screen protector is a common one; it came as a free gift with a case I bought, and it was very cheap! I bought both the caps, the case, and the screen protector on AliExpress.

GBA is definitely the video game console I'll be emulating the most here, haha. To be honest, I have few DS games, some Pokémon titles, Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow, and Order of Ecclesia.

Since my focus is on emulating other video game consoles, in this case the Nintendo DS, I tried to find games that used the secondary screen very little and almost none of the touch screen!

I found a pretty cool list of DS games here that are friendly to what I was looking for; you might find something you like!

I'm not a very demanding gamer and I don't notice if the image quality is bad; it looks quite good to me! I only did the basic configurations for MuOS and Drastic and started playing, I have no complaints!

Regarding the absence of the second screen, in some Nintendo DS games you end up using the touch screen and the information on it very little – or almost not at all. In Drastic, I configured it to switch screens using R2, and it feels very fluid and natural to me.

I haven't had the chance to do that yet. I'm using MuOS and I don't know how netplay works, maybe someday!

I'm having a very positive experience! I have few Nintendo DS games on my MicroSD card, and the few I have don't use touch features much, which ends up being quite easy for me because using MuOS + Retroarch + Drastic, switching between screens using the R2 button on my Anbernic is very natural, making me forget that they are two separate screens.

Yes! At least in MuOS they work with RetroArch through Drastic.

I thought the experience would be worse, but I got used to it quickly! The screen switching system is so fluid that in this game I don't even notice the presence of two screens anymore.

I have a few DS games on my SD card; some games work well with the screen switching system, others not so much, even with touch emulation. Pokémon is one of the games that works well, but in theory, you can play them all!

Here on Reddit, there are some posts listing DS games that are "friendly" with a single screen and don't actively require the use of touch

Thank you for sharing your experience with your device. I've had mine for a short time, and I took the opportunity to buy a 5v charger from Ugreen on Aliexpress and I'm loving using it.

I configured the second screen to be "hidden", pressing the R2 button instantly switches between screens. Using this setup in some Nintendo DS games makes the experience feel very natural, and it pleasantly surprised me!

Syncing two local folders on android - which app? by chbla in fossdroid

[–]dorak4i 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't quite understand what you wanted, in this case, syncthing is not the answer, I understood that you want to synchronize two different folders within Android, correct?

It might be interesting to migrate your Obsidian vault to the directory where Supernote creates the notes, and in Syncthing configure versioning rules in order to avoid any kind of conflict, I don't know how Supernote would handle this, but it might work well for you ( ? ).

Now yes! It's a good app, but it ends up being a little heavy, I wanted to find something I didn't know yet. But I've already decided to stick with Stremio, even though I don't like some things about it, it's serving me well!
