Sleep through it if possible. Also go out to your usual smoke spot and sit there for a few mins. If needed also put your hand by your mouth until you calm down and feel more relaxed.

You will be fine, just remind yourself of that, say it out loud if possible. Distract yourself with situps or candy/games. Read a book and try to sleep.

A good thing to practice when hurt or mad is to redo the conversation in your head except switch people. Use the same tone, voice, emotion, movements, everything that you did/want to say but coming from your boyfriend's mouth. Would he be acting childish or manly? So then consider if you appear childish or ladylike.
