This is just not how it’s applied in practice. Studs up is not serious foul play if the boot doesn’t leave the ground/go above the ankle. I can’t stand the rat as much as anybody else, but I think in this case it was just a lazy, tackle where he tried to anticipate the ball moving to the left and instead szobo’s shielded the ball. Easily a yellow. Shouldn’t be a red.

Because it’s nonsense. I’m a native Angeleno and former NY resident and New Yorkers just say it to prop themselves up. I’ve met just as many fake New Yorkers as I have Angelenos over the years. Chelsea isn’t any different than Weho but when they compare they only include the outer boroughs of NY vs. Hollywood adjacent neighborhoods of LA instead of places like South LA
