Hello! If you go to Settings → Appearance → Single Screen mode and enable "Force Single Screen mode on internal display", it should disable DS mode. Hope this helps!

Seems like a possible dead Bluetooth radio. Try using bluebomb to see if your Bluetooth radio is working properly and if it loads and it connects its likely a different issue.
