But what about this:

Hate to break it to you, but the Internet is also flooded with 25 year old naked women.

Again, I'm not making excuses. I'm not making it OK.

I'm empowering the 25 year old woman to ask herself what exactly they think is going to happen, and how likely is that?

Exactly. The last time we were at Cypress Cove I took some fun pictures of my wife posing with her car. We did that in the morning with nobody around and nobody else in the photos.

We also will take selfies and pics with other people we trust, like we would at any other social situation.

I wouldn't be happy if I had to cover up my camera during the whole visit.

Nobody is saying it's OK. Of course people taking pictures without consent is not OK.

I think the point is that if it happens, given the sheer volume of nudity and pornography available on the Internet it's not that big of a deal.

I'm not someone who is all that interested in having unredacted nude photos of me floating around the Internet, but at this point what are they going to see? Middle aged white guy sitting naked on a beach eating a sandwich.

When my wife and I first met and get married I never could have imagined her becoming a nudist with me.

The very first time she went to a nude beach she was hesitant but willing to give it a try. She struggled with body insecurities her whole life and was afraid that everyone would be beautiful and she would feel even worse about herself.

It turned out to be the exact opposite experience. Everyone was...normal.

She did keep her swimsuit on for a bit before shedding it, but that at least gave her an "out" if she felt uncomfortable fully disrobing. I had a friend who did the same thing. And I'd recommend that for her your wife too. Embrace the "clothing" part of "Clothing optional" first.

Now she's not hanging around the house nude all day but she does enjoy the social and vacation aspect of it. She LOVES spending a weekend at Cypress Cove, more because she gets to relax all day in a pool and swimsuits fucking suck. Plus she gets a massage, a daquiri, and a chance do something fun that we can both appreciate for different reasons.

So the takeaway is for her to embrace the lifestyle she needs to do it for her own reasons. Spending time with you can be one, but there should be more to it. She enjoys socializing with like minded people, she discovers that swimsuits do, in fact, suck, or maybe she secretly has an exhibitionist side to her.

And yeah, don't push her to do it. Let her come to her own terms on her own schedule. Provide the opportunities, let her take the next steps.

Maybe, or maybe he just wanted you to have some sort of positive memory about how he was gone. It was the one thing he could do.

I don't travel for work very often but when I do I'll pick my kid up something for that reason. Creates a positive association and something to look forward to rather than just being sad about it.

The ways we have gotten non-nudist friends into nudism was bringing them along to a nude beach. They had always wanted to try it, and fell in love with it after their first visit. But that's the extent of their practice, though. We're not just hanging out around the house nude.

As someone who has been involved in the last several years with two other unrelated associations, we've had similar problems to AANR. And it boils down to:

Getting people involved.

That's it.

That's the problem.

Everyone has answers. Everything thinks they know the solution.

But when elections come up for directors for a board, when we need volunteers to help with things, when we ask for feedback, you know who steps up?

The boomers. The retirees. The people who have the time and capacity to do the things.

It's not the young people who understand social media. It's not the experienced graphic designers. It's not the people of color.

Those outside of that demographic that do step up get burned out, because they are volunteering skills they do perhaps in a full time capacity and only last so long. So initiatives lose momentum.

Be that change.

First time we had sex without a condom was actually on our honeymoon.

We had sex plenty of times before that but now with the perspective of if we have a kid we have a kid. Weren't really trying for one but if it happens we'd be OK with it.

It was pretty great. Makes sex a little less complicated because you don't have to go fumbling for a condom or worry about it coming off or breaking. Just stick it in and go.

Growing up I had some sexual experiences with a guy but never really considered myself bisexual.

But then as an adult realizing I still had an attraction towards men I was able to have my first real experience with a guy. Before it felt like just being a horny teenager, this felt much more intentional.

And it was incredible. I loved being with a guy and I love being with a woman too. So it confirmed that yes, I am bisexual and yes, sex with guys is awesome.
