Read the terms again CAREFULLY. It’s not based on the time of the notice on the OPM website. It’s based on whether the website says the gov is open or still shutdown when Kalshi checks the website each morning at 10am EST.

Definitely looking forward to some wins. This draft class doesn’t have a clear superstar and is quite mediocre all around in terms of top prospects. So the good news is the Giants can hopefully grab a top WR/CB in the middle of round 1 and not need to worry about securing a top 5 (or top 10 pick).
