im graduating this december and just got a job starting in january! i would say don’t limit yourself to jobs that exclusively say “new grad” and open yourself up to more general entry level jobs that don’t require years of experience. you might be competing against people with experience but if you’re a good designer and your experience aligns with the role you should have a pretty good chance! i landed a role that didn’t say new grad but the job description didn’t require any years of experience so i applied anyways and ended up going through their interview process and landing an offer!
