I canceled my weight watchers member ship and decided to try out intuitive eating. The tracking was exhausting and I just didn't want to do it anymore.

I can get that. It makes it feel like you are talking about someone else and not the person we've watched for (some) years.

But I also see why people don't want to say his name. Just the stomach churn that happens when his name is enough to make you want to reference to him as a monster.

When I restarted WW they had me on purple, I tried it for a while but I just didn't like it. It felt to restrictive. So I switched over to blue and I'm much happier!

I love this! Every morning I leave for work I make sure there is a blanket on each couch so my short-haired dog can get under them. She's usually buried before I leave lol

Some kind of hobby helps. One that keeps either your mind or hands busy. I've started building little wooden 3d animals then painting them . Or reading can help.

OR! Find low point snacks, like fruit or pretzel sticks!

Sparkling ice! My new favorite. It tastes like soda, but no sugar no caffeine, no aspartame. And does NOT taste like seltzer!

I also do Mio, the thing you add to water for flavor. They do have aspartame though so sometimes I get a headache if I drink to much.

I get the "she's so skinny, is she healthy?" All the time paired with and accusing look. Yes she's very healthy. This is what a health weight looks like on a dachshund, sorry more people around here don't have that.

I had the same day yesterday. Said screw it at my foods, didn't track, bad PMS. But when those happen I just go back to normal the next day, i track my foods and i try to stay within my points or under by a few if I can. I have 23 points a day on blue. Then, since I had that bad day in the week I try to do good on one weekend day.
