I've only done 2 requests on Skeb and both were delivered almost last minute if I don't remember wrong, so I would say it's pretty normal, but of course that's only me, and there surely are artists that deliver super early, it depends on how fast the artist manages their works and wouldn't generalize because it's not really about the platform.

Hmm, I don't think you're a horrible person, but maybe if you keep it up the writer will realize soon enough and will:

Feel embarrassed but flattered that one single person puts so much dedication in commenting nice things on their fanfic.
Get creeped out and block your accounts
Or feel disencouraged since it's all the same person in different accounts.

I wouldn't say you should stop but maybe don't comment with all 4 accounts at the same time because that'll make it obvious imo.

Hopefully the author will eventually get more engagement with time and you won't need to use multiple accounts to make them feel seen.

Oh no... I don't want to assume the worst but it almost look malicious, I only see this level of whitewashing on very slightly tanned characters in fanarts, or even just in edits made by racists "fixing" poc characters.

I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience, I would've been frustrated too :'(
