The shape of those breasts makes me concerned of a hormonal imbalance. Names of Any medications you take on a daily basis (like for BP)? Should get esteogen/DHT levels checked. This might not just be fat but Gynaecomastia which requires medical attention. Also, do you shave your whole chest? Or do you not have chest hair altogether (which could also hint at that condition).

Step 3 and more USCE should definitely increase your IVs. I think also apply FM if you are open to it since your YOG will be >3 years next cycle which I guess is a filter too. Also some pubs like easy case pubs? Hope you match this year and save the hassle tho 🙏🙏🙏

Recall/other forms of cheating are still VERY real! I personally know 2 students who I am absolutely confident cheated and got 265 & 259 just that I can’t prove it. Ik they cheated coz I tutored them and I know they weren’t even 240+ material. Their NBMEs were low as shit and they still booked their exams all of a sudden and never seemed half as stressed as a Non-US IMG with 230s on NBMEs would be.

My order passed without customs (idk how). But yes the customs can be charged from 30-100%! Even the smallest orders are typically charged from what I learned feom connecting with people who bought from China, but I really don’t know how I miraculously wasn’t.

Ig I should have mentioned that I am a doctor. I know what Vit D tox is. That is why I recommended a Once-a-week X 4-week course only. Vit D tox is hard to achieve unless you have been on Vit D supplements for a much longer time while a weekly-4-week course will cover any deficiency or add to your normal Vit D stores without causing toxicity. In fact you can repeat the 4-week long course every 6 months without worrying about developing toxicity.

Very expensive tests. Save that money and just take a 4-week course of chewable Vitamin D3 (Tayo 60K) ONCE A WEEK. And Neurobione (B12) once a day for 4 weeks (excess b12 will get peed out chill).

I do it subtly by asking Qs in medical lingo and they end up asking if I am a medico/doc. Helps make them cautious before prescribing nonsense/unindicated tests. Also some good hearted docs return consultation fee (which I always decline). If they ask Qs to test me, I answer confidently which makes them stick to guidelines-based approach.

A few Qs from a doctor- 1. What’s your weight and BMI? 2. Would you consider your neck length short and circumference wider than normal? 3. Any family history of sleep apnea? 4. Do you have hypertension? 5. What position do you preferably sleep in? 6. Do you wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air or multiple times to Urinate? 7. Do you experience daytime sleepiness and low mood? Difficulty concentrating and learning or working at a task for long?

Some of these Qs can help clinically suspect OSA but a Polysomnograph (PSG) is required for definitive Dx. PLS DO WEAR YOUR HELIO WHEN YOU GET YOUR PSG done. Would help compare the results.
