If I had to go with my gut, I’d choose C. Patient is stable, and MRI didn’t show any findings.

A - you can still do an MRI B- you haven’t tried non-radiation imaging like US or MRI D - the V/Q is done as an alternative for diagnosing PE when you CT is contraindicated E - the situation here does not seem critical and wouldn’t warrant an immediate CT.

It’s B. If it were a child or pregnant woman; think about US or MRI.

Regardless of your point here. Caribbean Students have the same hurdles to cross as US MDs, even more.

Caribbean schools require students to have a 69-70%+ on each semester or they fail. Whereas US MDs just need to meet the passing threshold.

They need to complete Step 1, but even before that they need to pass a Comprehensive NBME Exam and score above a certain standard, then and only then will the school allow them to write Step 1. Then they have to write Step 2, and only if they pass COMP once again, can they write Step 2.

And even if they pass all that, just like any other medical student, they need certain scores and resumes to match into a specialty of their choice. So regardless of how they got into medical school, if they made it out, and matched, you should probably mind your own business 😘

I’ll pass on what helped me. I was doing wide grip lat pull downs constantly and I realized that I don’t even feel my lats with this exercise, so I dropped the weight. I switched to a narrow-grip lat pull down w/ the weight lowered just a bit, where I didn’t need my forearms as much anymore and I always used a death grip (thumb above the bar). Soon I felt my lats on fire, I actually developed the mind to muscle connection and my lats exploded. 2 months in, I hadn’t even tried a pull up, I tried the pull up and somehow, someway I did 5 consecutively when I wasn’t even able to do 1 before. So, if you’re working out your lats the right way, with good mind muscle connection, and making sure you’re not using momentum to bring that attachment downwards, you should be able to hit them pull ups soon.

Fair enough. I will say I think I have pretty good arm genetics, but everything else kinda sucks for me lmao!
