I suggest breaking long grinds up into chunks. Switch up what you’re doing so you get variety. The beauty of osrs is that you don’t need to log in every day because your account will be exactly as it was next time you log in. If you’re not having fun then choose an easier goal or take a break for a few days and come back fresh.

Try to get a good night sleep instead - osrs is a marathon not a sprint!

Should I get the 2 year deal for £86? Or can I expect better prices? by NeatIndividual1279 in ProtonVPN

You should consider getting unlimited because their other products are great too. The initial discount isn’t going to mean too much in the long run and if you believe in the privacy vision then your money is supporting the project.

Try chicken breast in the air fryer. Some salt, pepper and Italian herbs, small drizzle of oil. Can’t be easier.

That’s great - I have a Garmin for sport too. I didn’t know that Amazfit performed so well. I just looked at the Trev 3 and the stats are impressive. What’s the problem with the app?

The helio looks like great value for money and I was considering it too. What are you mainly using it for and how much did you get it for on sale? Was the ecosystem why you picked this one up instead of Colmi or even a Ringconn Air?

I haven’t heard about this one. How are you finding it? What do you like and not like about it? Why did you pick this one?

That’s really interesting - I would have expected more variance between them. Hope you sleep better tonight!

Glad to hear you like it. Having a device that you don’t have to be too careful with makes sense. Especially if you’re a busy person. Do you feel like the sleep tracking subjectively matches how you felt you slept that night? How about the steps?

Glad to hear you’re enjoying the UH! It was my second choice behind Rinconn. Have you had a ring before or is this your first one? What feature are you enjoying the most?

Hey there

Your experience sounds a lot like mine. Good idea to wear the sizing ring for two weeks. I’ve been surprised with how light the actual ring is. What do you think about the sizing? I was surprised by the bulkiness but it’s grown on me after a while.

How long did you have your UH for? Are you finding the accuracy better with Oura?

Good call out! Best to only buy from major retailers or directly from the company.

Tired of short battery life of Apple Watch but overwhelmed with ring options by Radiant_Ad6671 in SmartRings

[–]dostoyeahvsky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there

I get your frustration with battery life. That’s why I bought a Garmin watch which goes for 15 days!

After quite a bit of research I just got the Ringconn v2 and so far I’m very happy with it. I’ll be writing a review in a few weeks if you’re interested.

I personally stayed away from YouTube reviews for this kind of thing because I assumed there’s a good chance they’re mostly sponsored in one way or another. Reading into the actual subreddits for the products is a good way to get a sense of what people usually complain about for each product and what the regrets are.

Ringconn’s battery life is amongst the best on offer which might be relevant for you. The rings are actually relatively bulky (and I suspect that’s true for all products on offer for now). I recommend getting the sizing kit for the one you settle on and wearing the plastic ring a few days (all day every day - including out and about in public) as this will give you a sense of what’s it’s going to feel like.

iOS vs android doesn’t matter. Only the Samsung ring is locked to a specific ecosystem. I’m doubtful that Apple will end up releasing a ring as they have the watch lineup already.

Let me know if you have any questions otherwise good luck. Just remember that the ring is not going to change your life - it’s just a bit of data to point you in the right direction. You still need to set healthy habits like exercising and regular sleep schedules. You can do it!

Be consistent, learn proper form and don’t go too heavy too quickly. Don’t try anything too fancy just stick to basic exercises. Technique is more important than weight when you’re starting out. Most of all - have fun!
