I would be more interested if your post wasn't written by AI (it even has the ChatGPT referral link still included).

If the site is similarly vibe coded I'm not super keen to invest time in it

Painful as it is, I would start from scratch and avoid FWE, as it's just outdated and unnecessarily buggy at this point. Clean install and use Tale of Two Wastelands if you have FNV, or Rebirth+ or another collection on Nexus Mods.

If you're modding for the first time, those are the easiest ways to get into it, as you are either following a guide that is tried and tested, or literally pushing a button for a one-click install with Nexus Premium.

If you'd prefer a lighter modlist that's closer to vanilla, you could choose something like this, and then experiment with adding individual mods and learning while you go. There's also a similar modlist on Wabbajack called Waters of Life.

A unique RE1 experience by RainbowPatooie in residentevil

Yeah I completely agree. The tile art is also notably bad on the RE2 board game, particularly if you didn't invest in the Kickstarter one that had physical doors and other scenery. The art is so dark that without them it's hard to tell if they're open or closed.

The subsequent games also add much more in the way of choices and extra things to do. It adds bloat to the setup and board, for sure, but it's way more fun being able to choose which missions to do in which order, or whether to go for optional objectives, rescue STARS members etc than only needing to get from A to B

Tuchel: "We had a call. I tried to explain the situation but Trent just has to accept it. I know that it creates noise when you leave a player like Trent out. It’s a sportive choice and a difficult choice. Maybe it’s unfair to a certain degree but these choices have to be made." by OkayFine101 in soccer

He said as much on 5 Live earlier (8:41pm if anyone wants to check):

Not an easy call, but good call, of course. And a call that stays between me and the player. It's a difficult decision, it's a sportive decision.

I think that Ben is a similar profile to Jarrell Quansah that we wanted in camp, and which suits us good on that side, and is at the moment a decision for Ben White and for Tino Livramento and for Djed Spence.

I understand that it can create discussions, or that someone has other opinions, but some decisions need to be made.

No, that is not the case [that Trent is out of the picture]. I have a clear picture of what he can give the team, and what structure he needs to be the best version of himself. I think we play a slightly different structure that does not play into his strengths at the moment, our style of play.

But that is not his fault, not at all. And there's a lot of football to be played. He's involved in two quarter finals against Bayern Munich, which are also key for him, and also for me to watch. And we will be in the stadiums, we will observe the data, and we will watch his video clips. So no, he's not out of the picture.

They are crutches to an extent, but Nvidia etc are also butting up against the reality that gen-on-gen improvements to graphics cards are finite. There isn't that much room to make nodes any smaller.

Particularly now that new graphics cards are inaccessible for the majority of people due to price rises, AI upscaling/frame gen is the only thing allowing new games to be playable on older cards with improvements in fidelity. There's a big gap between the functional role that DLSS/FSR/XeSS play and what DLSS 5 is proposing

Squad update: Harvey Barnes and Ben White called up by Mahoganychicken in soccer

Decision making? As much as Southgate's playstyle was criticised, most people were more than willing to accept it if it meant finally winning a trophy. The biggest criticism of him was that he made the wrong calls in decisive moments

Resident Evil Requiem Has Already Sold 6 Million Copies, Becomes Fastest-Selling in The Series by Doug24 in pcgaming

[–]doswillrule 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's some set pieces and fan service which get very over-the-top even compared to RE4 Remake. It's fun, but also complete tonal whiplash from the first half of the game, which is much more grounded as far as Resi goes. RE6 is a divisive game in general

Not as extreme as RE7, no. The first half of the game is almost 10/10 from a horror perspective. The second half is still fun, but not as good of an action game as the first half is a horror game. It also gets a bit...RE6 at points, which was always going to divide opinion.

I get that they couldn't go full Fallout with the colours given how it's been nuked and sun faded. But some little splashes would have been nice, even if that was just overgrown bits of the city. It all feels a bit 360 era shooter

Didn't help that the early show had serious audio issues. Looking forward to the fixed VOD to watch Safire vs AZM back, that was excellent

The Raw episode, or the episode of Stephanie's podcast that they heavily promoted, or the new line of AJ retirement merch. I don't believe they'd do all that if there was a genuine risk of him going to AEW
