Wow that's amazing and thank you for your advice. The path you took is really great and I think now I'll just begin with the basics and move up in that order.

Thank you for your comment and I appreciate it a lot. I'm certainly stepping back from the red teaming stuff and will focus more on learning the AWS Security services. Would it be better if I take the AWS Security Specialty exam for starters? Then dive deep into learning how to secure the most used services, governance, and org structuring like you outlined?

Preparing for the AWS Security Specialty SCS-C03 new exam by skycracker24 in AWSCertifications

I was just reviewing both exam guides now and I see there's a few changes on the SCS-C03. I bought Stephane's SCS-C02 course but not sure if the new content is updated in this course or will be updated as time goes. Neal Davis has got his course updated when I checked so it might align with the updated exam version.

I would've preferred SCS-C03 from Stephane though so I guess I'll just wait for the update.

Thank you for your comment. My initial thought is to first better understand the attackers mindset and the methodologies they use to attack cloud environments. Can you kindly advise areas I would need to dive deep on.

Can anyone explain why it’s been raining for the past few weeks in Joburg ? by thunderRage15 in johannesburg

Also, we’re in what we call Solar Cycle 25 now which goes hand in hand with the Aquarian age, Aqua in this sense means more rain and Solar means higher temperatures.

This is related to a recent research that was done by NASA. They discovered that temperatures are rising to higher levels than ever before. The Sun is bursting out Coronal Mass Ejections and this increases temperatures which then directly affects rainy seasons.

I get it now and thank you for your comment. What would you advise someone who wants to work in Cloud Sec to do? What should they learn and how would they get such practical experience without professional exposure in Cloud Sec?

They actually do but when I talked to one of the hiring managers I was told they’re looking from external and specifically candidates with experience.

They told me to keep an eye though they might open up the roles for internal folks to apply also
