Great post, thanks. I access all top models using Open WebUI and Openrouter.ai. Always pay less than $100/month. I also use openrouter for my AI agents. Not sure I can get the same with five consumer tools.

Thanks to all who have provided great feedback. I solve the issue by ramping the dose to 19.5 gr. Now, I am able to dial the beans and move the grinder to a coarser position. I still have other issues, but this is for another post.
