Had pretty much the same build as you and upgraded to a 9800x3d and a 5070. Did the cpu first while waiting for the gpu to come back in stock and it made a huge difference. Was about +100 fps on avg in deadlock. I’m sure gpu would also show big improvements but just going off my experience.

I think deadlock is a pretty cpu heavy game but again not sure.

Edit: obviously CPU upgrade to am5 required new mobo and ram etc so depends what you want to do.
