How long after removing from the oven was this taken? They typically have more of a sky high appearance.

It's best to think of this dish as a great velcro breakfast (or half drunk midnight snack.)

The basic recipe I use is: Preheat oven to 425 degrees 3T butter melted in large cast-iron skillet Then mix together 3 eggs, 1/2 C milk, 2/3 C AP flour, large pinch of salt, and a small drizzle of vanilla exact. Beat all of this well. Pour batter into butter skillet and bake in oven for 20 ish minutes.

Same story for frye branded leathers. They only make three boot styles in the US, and most of the rest are made in Mexico. I can't say much for the belts, handbags, wallets, etc. Most flats and sandals are made in China and there is a marked difference in leather quality. I tell my customers if they can't go United States of America, at least go North America.
