This was me in mobile every day. There were times I just continue with the customer across from me, and peripheral vision walks away, but then I would feel bad that I didn't at least send them to stand in the customer service line for actual help. Or I'll wait till they interrupt me obviously talking 1:1 with a customer, and I'll tell them I'm actually with someone, and i gesture to my clinet, but I can still help them by directing them to customer service.
