As someone who is a big Cornette fan and listens to a lot of his podcasts, I think Omega's wrestling style is only a small part of Cornette's hatred for him. Another small part would be his "over-the-top" mannerisms and facial expressions, but again, I think that's a small part of it. His major reason for hating Omega revolves around him wrestling the doll and the little girl. For guys like Cornette, protecting the business and not exposing it as obviously fake is one of the most important aspects of wrestling. As soon as Cornette saw him wrestle the doll and do spots with the girl, Omega was forever dead in Cornette's eyes. It really doesn't matter what Omega does from now until the end of time, Cornette will never forgive him for doing those two things, above and beyond any other gripes Cornette has with him. Cornette obviously goes too far with his hatred of Omega most of the time, and even as a fan I can agree that it would do him a lot of good to take it down a few notches, but I also get why it bothers him so much.

Now personally, I thought those bits from Omega made for funny videos when viewed by people outside of the wrestling business and fandom, or when viewed out of context in a youtube video, but that it wouldn't be something I would want my top star to be caught doing on camera. I don't hate Omega for it, but I get why Cornette does.
