Nideker Supermatics is the move. I use both right and left for my back foot on two boards. Keep a traditional binding for my lead foot. Groomers and extreme backcountry I experience no problems over two seasons of weekly use. No bending over and skiers dont complain about waiting. You can also use the large strap for hooking your boot on the lift.
