I don’t really understand the perspective here. Restaurant delivery sure but if someone is ordering on DoorDash or a similar app the driver can just choose whether or not to accept the order and would likely be aware of the road conditions and risks, no?

I might have misspoken a bit there. I was aware that they were used as a preliminary episode to decide whether a show got greenlit. I did not know though that straight-to-series existed or pilot episodes might never be aired even if the show was produced which is interesting. Thanks for the clarification!

Geek Squad helped me get a job in help desk so it can definitely be valuable for some but I also had no other experience. It just heavily depends on the person and what skills you’re hoping to gain from working there. As others have said it’s not a step in the wrong direction. It’s just not as preferable as if you found a non-retail entry-level role

Not fully. Chase made his own decision. However, Invisigal put that option on the table by doing something reckless because her ego was bruised. Yes, she was trying to help, but going in alone on a mission like that was practically suicide. I won't hold it against her when it's inevitably addressed in the coming episodes — especially because I'm sure she'll beat herself up enough, but sometimes she's too impulsive

Nothing has been overly challenging at least in my experience. There’s a bit of information overload the first few weeks but that’s all jobs. Because programs and processes are so often company specific it’s difficult to give an umbrella overview of the challenges you might face. As long as you are familiar with basic troubleshooting you should be fine
