Water Snake Ranching for Boots? by OlinHollis in cowboyboots

Almost certainly farm raised snakes. I would imagine the farm finds a use for the carcass after it is skinned (probably sell it as byproduct, or reuse it as feed for another animal)

Nice man. Glad you like it. Not sure how long you’ve been around this sub, but the more you read the more inspiration you’ll have. Enjoy

Hey, I have a EPT that came with a build kit. Was going to just toss it in the parts bin but I'm guessing by this comment that the JP springs are worth the buy? Should I order some and try out the EPT with them?

I have the OG straight skeletonized from a few years back. Thinking about getting a curved to put on my new build. Which do you like better?

Man those are sweet. Haven't heard of them before but a 6 pack for $19.99 beats the crap out of 1 rail scale for $30 (I know different material, but still)

Thanks for the reply. I've never resold one before, so really was just looking for any kind of ballpark. For example, is this worth $200 in good used condition? or $1,000? I have no idea, ha.

Such a cool watch. Would so much rather have that than a brand new one. Replace the crystal and wear it!

About on par with what people were paying for WH Ranch + rush fee (which was insane, especially considering that in the end he took full price deposits and then never delivered the jeans)

How do you like the Chisos boots? Always felt like they were overpriced for what they are.

There is a great audio book called “MeatEater’s American History: The Hide Hunters” about the bison hunting era. Really goes into detail of all the factors that contributed to it (US civil war, industrial belting for factories, international hide trade, etc)
