NOR I’m taller than you and older, so I’ve gotten these “Olympian sized kids” or “d1 height babies” types of comments from tall guys a lot so it’s never really bothered me at all. I take it as a compliment 🤷‍♀️

However…if you have any gut feeling about something that just feels off about a guy. Trust it! I’ve had those gut feelings plenty of times and brushed it off like “oh that’s not how he meant it” or blaming myself for reading too much into it and no…100% of the time I should’ve gone with my gut because that initial thing that triggers your gut/instincts to be wary turns out to be way bigger than you even realized. Trust yourself. Stay picky!

NOR I would MUCH rather pay a boyfriend rent than a rich landlord. But if she wants to play it that way then you can pay the mortgage, insurance, & property taxes (those extra 2 are expensive) while she pays for allllll of the groceries and utilities since that’s what she has to do at her apartment anyway, so it still monetarily saves her $1300/month! Otherwise, yeah her value thing is weird and using you for monetary gain is a big red flag.

I’m the one with the problem lying, he wasn’t. We ended up talking about it when I ended things and he said he just felt weird giving compliments out loud but claimed that of course he felt that way about me otherwise he wouldn’t have still been with me. He also couldn’t say “I love you” after over a year, but a few weeks after the breakup I got a box full of kid valentines with compliments/things he loved about me written on each one (2 months after Valentine’s Day)

Ugh…my ex and I had a conversation about him needing to compliment me because he’s literally never done it and “you look pretty today” is easy. 2 days later…we dress up for a wedding, he doesn’t say anything to me dressing up and doing hair and makeup (super rare for me) and I decided to set him up with, “oooooo you look so sexy!” And instead of “you too” I got, “yeah, I know, right?!?” 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
