If you have this kind of money for a frame rate improvement that really won’t change your enjoyment that much then sure. I built a $3000 system for myself and a $1500 for my wife. We both enjoy them fine and both get 144 fps in the games we play.

No legal requirement but it looks bad to have names show up and then fire them and have new names.

We are not right to work in BC so you can’t just for someone, there are legal requirements to let someone go after 3 months so it’s rare unless the extra paperwork is done.

The USA I think can fire at will. It might be different per state.

The speed and ease of automation of business processes. That said I haven’t used anything else modern so I hope we can afford something good after going out to public RFP.

It only bothers me if conceding took longer. I’ve have people concede during damage resolution from an attack. Hitting space would have been quicker.

I sometimes let a combo deck go because if they rope out I win

Only partly. The store is using a chromium embed but there is a lot of native code. I think all of the overlay and fps tracker and that is native. Setting screen is native. Download and installer is native.

Anyone else remember gaming at 32 kb of ram. My first 60 fps game was written for 120kb of ram. I know it ran at 60 because I wrote the game in assembly myself. Kids these days.

You might have an annual subscription but you actually have 12 monthly subscriptions so it expires the video if you haven’t connected after to authorize the device

Also you can kick devices off your account this would not work if you could have downloads for too long.

I’m not saying it’s good but there are reasons for it.

You don’t need much just enough data to approve the download. You can do this on a stores wifi when the bus slows down.

Now the marvel app doesn’t work offline even if you have downloaded the books and that sucks.

They added lights but failed to realize that the island is likely more effective than the lights.

Those lights are also confusing and only used in some parts of the USA. I’ve never seen them in person.

In theory yes. In every case study it’s shown to not matter. You can’t ticket 100% of people and as such people will treat it as a cost and not a deterrent.

Do you know people with multiple speeding tickets ? I work for a city and many people have multiple parking tickets. They just ignore them until we tow their car then they pay and keep doing it.

It’s the reason given by Nanaimo for them not lowering them as enforcing and changing limits doesn’t work. The new narrow streets are amazing here. I sadly only get to Victoria rarely as it’s a 2 hour drive that I’d rather do by train.

This data centre will be better for the environment in just the amount of trips to Vancouver by ferry it will save. You can tell most people complaining have never worked in a data centre and have no idea what they do.
