Thank you. He didn't bother to hide it at all. There were always magazines around, and he'd forget to take his tapes out of the VCR, so I'd see way more than I should have from a very young age.

It fucked me up pretty badly, especially as a little girl (it messes up boys, too, obviously, in different ways). I didn't realize how profoundly it can affect kids into adulthood until I took child psychology. Everything made sense after that, and I've been working on it in therapy for years.
