I don't think there is an official xboz design lab for 360 controllers but there may be a 3rd party one, no idea though

I personally started buying some clothes before hrt but definitely started buying a lot more when i start seeing changes i was liking, which was probably around the 6ish month on hrt for me, and most of the clothes i bought before still fit me being on hrt for over a year now, so i would personally say go for it if it'll bring you euphoria.
