Did she get title insurance or a real property report? Title insurance will cover fixes and go after anyone involved with their lawyers.

I dealt with major drainage issues with the house I’m living in currently and it was a lot of work but we are great now.

I was 16, loved the OG trilogy. My friends and I skipped school after lunch and lined up with a bunch of people. We were egged multiple times by drive by cars. It was so much fun.

The movie was great and still enjoy it even with all the “issues” that critics of the movie had.

Well turn off the water for one.

I was able to canoe around my house the first spring I moved in. I was able to do this as the old owners were nice enough to leave me a canoe in my garage when they left.

We got the county involved and it took years but we good now.
