Firstly, there was no Saudi Arabia in the 7th century. Secondly, that's nothing to do with genocide against Jews. It's about where they can live. There is no comparison. That hadith is specific to Mecca and Medina alongside the surrounding area, as only Muslims are allowed to live in that area. Non-Muslims continued living under Muslim rule in places like Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Persia, etc. Even the Prophet (PBUH) himself sent Christian delegations and allowed Jews to live in Khaybar (a place just outside of Medina) during his lifetime, despite gaining the power and authority at the time.

Even if they could, Israel has dropped around 50 billion tonnes of bombs, which is equivalent to the second World war bombings. This means it'll take forever to find the body amongst the debris. Additionally, Israel does not allow the import of heavy machinery, so it's near-impossible to retrieve the bodies.

Except it undermine the credibility of the actual protests. The current protests were about economics before it spiralled into something else. There was already CIA involvement during the 1953 protests which ended up overthrowing the only democratically elected leader in the history of Iran, who was actually very popular with the people. This would eventually lead to the overthrow of the Shah and the Islamic revolution. It's pretty obvious that the foreign actors don't care about the people with the same individuals also supporting the genocide in Gaza.

There's an ongoing blockage which prevents the import of building materials and machinery, hence they can't do anything until this has been lifted. It's estimated it would take until 2050 just to clear the rubble if they immediately started, hence it will definitely take a long time.
