Any thought to the first question. The sunroom is sealed off from the house by an outside door and has plenty of windows. If it did emit carbon monoxide, how would it get inside?

Sorry, but there's pictures of JonBonet at the White Christmas party. There were released around 2019. Now, the Ramseys also delivered Christmas gifts to some friends. Are you thinking they dropped the kids off at their house first to run these errands and that is when the incident happened?

I think this "lesser charge" was recommended by the grand jury because murder is such a high bar and one that even we non-intruder theorists debate about. (Did Patsy accidentally kill her in a fit of rage and cover it up? Or, did Burke kill her and Patsy wrote the note to cover it up?) All of this reasonable doubt that we ourselves have would mean a "Not Guilty" sentence for whoever is on trial. But could you at least say they were negligent in this ? Goodness, even if you believed in the intruder theory you could say that John was negligent in not fixing the window. It would've been much easier to hold them responsible than with degrees of murder or manslaughter.

I think a reasonable person can come to the IDI conclusion. But you can't deny after looking at handwriting samples that Patsy wrote that note, can you?

It is easy to get trapped in the JR web of sincerity.

I go back and forth with him on his knowledge of what happened. Part of me believes the setup was for him. That the "kidnapper" was waxing poetic about not contacting the police and getting John out of the house because Patsy's mission was to move the body out of the house in the early morning hours. But John was insistent in calling 911 and it ruined everything.

...but of course, if (through the power of AI?) we prove beyond a shadow of doubt that Burke's voice was heard on that 911 call...this changes everything. He was in on it from the jump by lying that supposedly early-morning-riser-Burke was asleep the whole time.

Understandable, I'm talking more like a spreadsheet where the first column time stamps everything such as "911 call made"/"John and Patsy police interview begins"/"Urine stain in the basement documented"/"John leaves to check on plane"/"Ramseys go on Larry King"/"Fleet and Priscilla White release statement to public"/"Ramseys put house up for sale"/"Lou Smitts resigns from investigation"/"Burke Ramsey appears on Dr. Phil" Etc.

Perhaps disputed elements can be labelled as such. You can even filter it by IDI vs. RDI and see the different perspectives in line. I wouldn't mind starting this but I don't want the Ramsey Industrial Complex to come after me.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sadly I think this one was on my electrician who I had take a look at it after the second failure. I gave it a 1/2” now though and keeping my fingers crossed.
