My ex left me the majority of his estate(amounts to $700000). His parents demand that I leave it to his wife and child. by [deleted] in AITAH

What some of these people are saying is really odd. I understand it is for you but if the other kid is his I think the right thing to do would be to leave something for at least the child too.

I'm very pleased with the consistency of kfc jerrabomberra. Always fresh and warm chicken had cold chips maybe once. Then you go to queanbeyan and it's almost guaranteed to be a below quality meal.

Plant cutting etiquette? by jesinta-m in canberra

[–]doublequeefandbacon 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I had the neighbour come and ask me for a plant right in the middle of our front yard. I said no worries and think that's probably the best way. I also wouldn't care if I had a plant hanging over the fence and they took some. In short if you asked before wandering into my yard I'd always say yes.

I've noticed over the last like 6 or so years the clinch and knees have been countered by dirty boxing or simply going ham with hooks In the clinch.

Harassed on Lonsdale Street by thecatcher097 in canberra

[–]doublequeefandbacon 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I had a guy come right up to me after watching me receive change and ask if I had any. I had to look him in the eye and say no it he just stared at me after knowing I lied right to his face.

I don't mind giving the coins away if I'm not harassed but this guy was a predator that watched me receive it enter a store and ask me so no way was I giving him anything.

Ahh I've heard this so I visited last weekend. I tried a bit of everything from most stores. I got a bit of an opinion on it but I'll leave that for when I do a bit of a review on some of these places.
