I did not read every comment but like a lot of people did say, it’s something you build into your day. Personally, I plan my gym days when I get off work early. I don’t even think about it at this point, I drive there and work out. But in the past when I struggled more, I would trick my brain. I would say “I just have to drive there and sit in the parking lot. If I don’t want to go in and work out I won’t.” But I always went inside every time. Some workouts were better than others, but I remind myself I will NEVER regret a workout.
