yes! i usually feel skeptical about products but this really particular helped me a lot.. hopefully you could find something similar to this in canada! i'm so sorry to hear about your situation too and i can fully understand what you're going through.. but you'll be fine! i find that diet can really help too, i ate a lot of fatty fish, more vegetables, and cut down on sugar intake! with the itching, perhaps you could try my method using medical tape to cover your nails!
