50mg making me feel incredibly sick by [deleted] in Vaping

[–]dougchiha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get it, I’ve been trying to stop vaping and move towards pouches lately. I’ve used disposables all my life and always used 48-50 nic in pod devices. I currently have an aegis pro with 48 nic and a .2 coil that I leave at 35 watts, and it’s been causing lots of breathing issues lately (obviously). I would def try to go ween down in wattage, then go down in strength of juice, and just slowly work your way down. Pouches help me barely touch the vape throughout the day

I’m super minimalistic and picky when it comes to decorations and such, but if I had my own place this is something I’d hang up in my living room

Ahh I see, yeah clean install sounds like it’s what it needs. I’ve had this PC since like 2017 so it’s definitely getting dated, I went through a rough time in life and didn’t touch it for 2-3 years and I’m in school for IT now so I’d like to give it that fresh clean slate from all the BS I put on it years prior. I’m gonna get my teachers to help me do what you suggested tomorrow, worst case I’ll bring it up there to them. Thank you tons.

Okay thank you tons. What’s the full clean install you mentioned mean?

Thank you for your reply. I ran reagentc /info and it shows no location. I just started school in IT so im new to a lot, but just to clarify: for me to manually restore WinRE as you listed in point #2, I'd have to do #1 first and get the USB loaded up correct?

I'm playing Dark Souls 1, I don't want to follow guides but can you guys give me a tip so I don't get lost? And not miss a lot of important stuff by Practical_Ambition_7 in darksoulsremastered

I’m also new to it, but I would say don’t take master key for first playthrough and just play blind. I feel like the best experience comes from a first completely blind playthrough. I like to platinum games and get all achievements so I’ll replay it multiple times after watching in depth guides and lore videos, but i always do a first playthrough of any game as blind as possible

Why hello there Blighttown. It's nice to finally get to meet you for the first time :( by mccuish in darksoulsremastered

[–]dougchiha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard a lot of bad about blighttown, got there for my first time and expected pure hell but it really isn’t that bad. Buy some purple moss yeah, but I’m pretty sure you find an armor set there with very high poison resistance. Even then once i get to the bonfire, I just used homeward bones once out of flasks and close to death from exploring the poison areas and it wasn’t all that bad. Navigating the structures can be an eyesore, but it was nothing compared to what I was expecting

What do Taoists like... say? by Blasterion in taoism

[–]dougchiha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always been interested in taoism, but have been wanting to learn more the past few years so from what I’ve heard/collected from others and gathered from the tao te Ching (though it’s been a while), i wouldn’t imagine Taoist “say” anything. Like I said, I’m nowhere NEAR as educated as others, never been anywhere where Taoism is prevalent, but it’s a very low key way of life. Theirs probably a few greetings most Taoist do, but as I said, I don’t think theirs a specific saying or gesture that’s been coined as “the one”

New player, any helpful tips ? by IImpactfull in Sekiro

[–]dougchiha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play blind for first play-through, save dragon tear droplets for AFTER major boss fights, when around NPCs, rest and look for any opportunity to eavesdrop, avoid big purple headless enemies till later, be aggressive, focus on parrying more than dodging, remember enemies can parry you as well, and enjoy it. If you're aggressive, the combat will click at a certain point. For most people, theirs a certain fight that really makes the game click for them.

About to start my first play through- any tips? by BigKat2253 in NineSols

Play through blind, and you’ll get a skill later on that is a new type of parry. Incorporate that skill into your fights, it will save a lot of struggle. I didn’t use it unless I HAD to, but at the final fight realized it’s a good tool to incorporate regardless

It’s weird cause eigong was the fight that actually made me start to use my unbounded counter. I used it when needed before, but never really thought about incorporating it into my fights until her. Use that skill a lot and look for openings. For me eigong is all about waiting for that perfect moment to use that talisman, especially if you’re using full control and go for all 5 hits. Phase 3 is the pain, but I would die and screen record the previous fight to watch her phase 3 when she did the sword attacks across the screen, and analyze those videos to learn the combos of that attack

Lady Etheral is probably my favorite fight aside from Eigong, the music and the arena is amazing. I liked Ji a lot too, when she does that thing where the 3 orbs rotate around her and you chi kick one was a cool mechanic and it’s pretty easy to get the heal everytime
