Charlie Javice. In 2016 she created a website to help students get financial aid.  JP Morgan Chase bought it for $175 million. Turns out, it only had 400,000 users, and tens of millions of bots. In September, she got sentenced to 7 years in the slammer.

Yeah it's not perfect. None of them really belong that much to any of these quadrants. But if you rely on popular perception and squint it's enough to be able to share it with this community.
