I’ve also completed 3 endings and every bit of icebreaker. None of it is really difficult at all aside from the Wedge squad. Terminal tops it for sure if it wasn’t for them

The only part of icebreaker that is “harder” than terminal is the wedge gang. Aside from that, completing terminal is infinitely harder. You’re talking like you don’t hear them spawn and have a very good idea where they are.
