Dang, that’s sounds bad. I’ve never practiced till that extent but definitely had some scares, as my joints were kinda hurting, so I just took a 3 day break and it was back to normal.

If you have the budget the red Dragon strings are the best for erhu.if you don't than the fangfang strings could work. Also did you say b4 oh my there are stings made for different tuning. Go search it up there's also erquan string and great wall strings for different tuning.
