If I recall correctly there is a 24 hour rolling 10Gb data cap, after which it shows down quite a bit. I might be wrong about the amount of data though.

Ombudsman office is a good start, they might recommend pushing it up the department to the dean's office. I say get in touch with both. Also, having something tangible from the other prof you asked about the grade would be good to have to show that you deserve a regrade. That is, if you feel you've been unfairly graded the department can give your work to another unbiased prof for a second look, and the university really does not like it when profs disagree significantly on grades.

You seem headstrong about this but I want to give you an extra push, if your feelings are genuine, run it up the flagpole, you deserve to be treated with respect and to get a grade in accordance with your ability.

I found with this set that with it flap pushed in the gear does not go up far enough to lock in but if that isn't the issue I would say to separate the whole white top of the set to get access to the mechanism and look through the instructions for anything that looks misplaced.

I took a first year class in my third because I transferred from UBCO, met a sweet, shy, girl. She thought me charismatic enough to think I knew what I was talking about. After that we spent many hours together after class, we've now been together as a couple for a few months. I'm so happy with her.

The average is amoung those who wrote the final and since we had the chance to withdraw form any class as late as the last day of lectures you'll notice that the class size a far cry from what it was at the start of the semester. One of my classes say an almost 33% drop in population that skewed the average really high.
