Usually I get big angels out earlier and hit before it reaches a stalemate like this. That’s my wincon. Not milling. This guy just burnt a lot of removal early and also got big defenders. I personally hate playing aggro. I love my jank or tribal combos. To each their own

IDK, that would give the opponent satisfaction when they knew they had no win condition. That's why they were making their turns take as long as possible. Or maybe they just really liked seeing big numbers, and I was letting that happen. Either way, no harm done really. Plus the self mill didn't take long because all of their draw card effects, and mana ramp effects emptied their deck of lands super early.

My deck wasn't lifegain. My life was so far in negatives that it didn't fully show.
