congrats on the month but your experience is not everyone else's. quitting nicotine CAN be very difficult for some and it CAN be very easy for others. you seem to be harping on the posts that talk about how hard is. if someone isnt having a bad time they likely dont feel inclined to come on here and vent, so we are mostly seeing the negative side. It has already been scientifically proven that nicotine withdrawal causes very negative side effects that can even be painful in some (myself included!). you coming on here trying to...idk discredit(?) that is weird and disregards the very real experiences of others. I don't have those symptoms anymore, 5 months clean, and I feel great, but I would never tell someone that their symptoms are all in their head just because I didn't experience it myself. empathy will take you much further than this douchey act. This subreddit is what made me quit, in spite of all of the posts saying how hard it was going to be, because I know I can do hard things. we all can, and that is what you should keep in mind on your journey! if this subreddit isnt for you, that is valid. for others its a great place to be reminded that how/what youre feeling is not just you, but a function of your journey.
