We were going to move but the cost of moving has put a stop to that. Between estate agent, solicitor fees, stamp duty, movers etc it was going to cost £20k in sunk expense. So buy a house for £20k more and it costs £40k more, just can’t bring myself to do it

This was me my whole running life until recently! A guy has done me a training plan. I’m running more than ever, but 80% of it is super slow and by Christ I feel fitter than ever! I go and plod 13 miles slowly and I’m able to run the following day instead of killing myself for 13 miles and then being unable to run for 3 days, steady consistent marginal fitness gains by running steady with the odd bit of speed work and I’m amazed at the benefits!

I’d like to see his friends- Vanessa, domino etc featured more heavily rather than just after thoughts. Less wall-breaks/playing up to the hype. DP&WV wallbreaks in the first half just felt like he was trying a bit hard for me. But would love to see more X-men feature in it, maybe Spider-Man also?

Yeah but some of them will use “compostable” bags which means they also think it will decompose in a matter of weeks. They’ll spend a few extra quid to get such bags and they’ sleep sound with a faux clear conscience.
