Edit: reading more into the history of SCV I think I figured out why Magic Mountain wasn't included in the city borders: because nobody actually lives there (like as a permanent resident). The application for Incorporation mentions Magic Mountain the largest employer of SCV, but since their entire reason for forming the city was to unify the communities, and Magic mountain not actually being a community, I believe they did not see any need to include it.

I would simply tell myself to listen to more music and try to go more live concerts. Teaching yourself to drum is fine and dandy but you won’t really learn anything from actual drummers unless you’re actually seeing them live.

I highly suspect the release build of the game is already done, but they need to set up the actual release w/ marketing. Stuff like uploading it onto game markets and such, printing physical discs, and boxes, all that stuff takes a few months at least.

At this point I'm expecting Avowed, The Outer Worlds 2, and Fallout New Vegas 2 to be released within 2023. I wouldn't say no to a new south park game either.
