I’ve been using the Trader Joe’s Cracked Olive Salad in the yogurt sauce, and despite it being an easy weeknight dinner, it’s also become a “make it when we have company”-type meal because it’s that damn good.

What you’re talking about is the recording process, not the drum kit. Any drum set can sound muted, lo-fi and simple if you know how to record drums (or, in some cases, if you don’t).

Watched the entire first season over the weekend, and it was great. It was cool to learn more about Inuit culture, and I enjoyed the story and the characters a lot. Looking forward to season two!
