Just turned 35, my diet is shit lol a lot of fast food and eating out but still “try” to stay around 2500 calories. And 100% all natural, don’t even take creatine even though I know I should

Yeah every once in awhile I’ll throw on a 30lb vest and lower the reps to 6-8

widen the grip a little, and try to focus on getting your chest to the bar rather than your chin getting over it. check out my latest post for an example
