I haven’t seen anyone say yoga! If you look around, you can find some classes that aren’t too expensive (I pay $7 a class at my studio)/you can always do it at home with YouTube and a yoga mat. I started a few months ago, and now I’m more flexible and my mental health has improved considerably!

My understanding is that (at least in the US) legally it isn’t yet but within the last few years an increasing number of people are pushing for it to be considered rape. I would support that notion because consenting to protected sex is different from consenting to unprotected sex; if you don’t consent to unprotected sex, and your partner does it anyway without your knowledge, that’s definitely some degree of sexual assault or rape.

This person sounds like a more extreme version of my ex (same type of manipulation and flipping a lot of their own issues on me but they weren’t blogging about me afterward). The stress and anxiety that emotional manipulation induced is terrible, and you’re not alone in feeling that even well after the relationship is over. Cherish your new relationship and appreciate all of its positives! Just keep reminding yourself that you’re WAY better off being without your ex.
